摘　　要：分析了转型背景下黑龙江森工林业科技发展遇到的问题,并为问题总结了一些解决措施,可更好推进转型背景下黑龙江森工林业科技发展提供参考。This paper analyzes the problems encountered in the development of forestry science and technology in Heilongjiang Province under the background of transformation,and summarizes some solutions for the problem,which can better promote the development of forestry science and technology in Heilongjiang forestry under the background of transformation.
