摘 要:以黄心土、沼渣以及泥炭作为油茶扦插苗的育苗基质,研究了三者不同体积混配配比下,对油茶扦插幼苗3个月成活率、6个月保存率以及根系生长情况的影响,结果表明:油茶扦插苗的成活率、生存率均以黄心土、沼渣及泥炭体积比为80%、10%、10%的T3处理最高,分别为82. 48%和71. 35%,显著高于其他处理;平均须根数和根冠比也以T3处理最高,分别为15. 07条和0. 293,显著高于其他处理;而须根长以T3和T4 (黄心土、沼渣及泥炭体积比为75%、15%、10%)处理最高,显著高于其他处理。所以,实际生产中油茶育苗基质中可添加10%~15%的沼渣。In this paper,Huangxin soil,biogas residue and peat were used as the seedling substrate of Camellia oleifera cutting seedlings.The effects of three different volume mixing ratios on the 3-month survival rate,6-month preservation rate and root growth of Camellia oleifera seedlings were studied.The results showed that the survival rate and survival rate of Camellia oleifera seedlings were the highest in T3 treatment with 80%,10%and 10%volume ratio of yellow heart soil,biogas residue and peat,which were 82.48%and 71.35%respectively,which was significantly higher than other treatments;The average root number and root-shoot ratio were also the highest in T3 treatment,which were 15.07 and 0.293 respectively,which was significantly higher than other treatments;and the root length was T3 and T4(yellow heart soil,biogas residue and peat volume ratio were 75%,15%,10%)processed the highest,significantly higher than other processing.Therefore,10%~15%of biogas residue can be added to Camellia oleifera seedling substrate in actual production.
