摘 要:针对规模化开采急倾斜厚大矿体的可靠性问题,将司家营南区矿体划分为两步矿房,采用空场嗣后充填法进行间隔开采,采取胶结充填一步矿房采空区、全尾砂充填二步矿房采空区,运用离散元软件UDEC对分步开采进行了数值模拟计算。结果表明:矿房回采充填过程中顶板岩层内存在承压拱结构,其拱失f近似等于回采水平总跨度L,充填体能够与矿房矿柱及围岩协同维稳;矿体上下盘出现了高应力集中现象,为40~50 MPa,一步胶结充填体承压近15 MPa,且顶板沉降0. 5~2. 0 m,地表沉降0. 2~0. 28 m,以及在第四系、风化带交接处及风化带内部衍生出1处高压应力集中区和长带形主拉应力区。根据上述分析,需在矿房回采前对顶板及上下盘围岩进行联合支护,且应对地下水和断层裂隙带以及矿房顶板和地表进行监测,确保矿山安全开采。Aiming at the reliability of large-scale mining with Large and thick steeply inclined orebody,the southern district orebodies of Sijiaying Iron Mine are divided into two step bord which are mined at intervals by the open stoping with subsequent filling method,and one-step goaf filled with cement and two-step goaf filled with tailings.The recovery process is simulated numerically by using UDEC software.The results show that the pressure arch structure which arch loss is equal to the total length of recovery is found in the roof rock strata during the stoping and filling process of the mine house,and the filling body and ore pillar and surrounding rock are collaborative stability;at the same time,high stress concentration phenomenon occurs in the lower plate and upper plate of ore body(about 40~50 MPa),and in the consolidated pack(about 15MPa),ant there are 0.5~2 m down and 0.2~0.28 m down respectively between the top of the stope and the earth's surface,in addition,a high pressure stress concentration zone and long belt main tensile stress zone are derived from the junction of the fourth system and the weathering belt and the weathering zone.The above study results further indicated that the roof and surrounding rock of upper and lower disk should be supported before mining,and the groundwater and fault fissure zone should be monitored as the roof and earth surface,so as to ensure the safety mining of the mine.
