品管圈在消毒供应中心标签管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析品管圈在标签管理中的作用,探讨品管圈在消毒供应中心标签管理中的应用效果。方法研究对象为我院2016年1～9月消毒供应中心各类标签。对消毒供应中心品管圈实施前后各类标签数量及质量进行比较,实施品管圈前时间为2016年1～3月,实施品管圈后时间为2016年4～9月。比较品管圈实施前后无菌包标签废签率,同时对消毒供应中心工作人员团队精神、积极性质控管理、工作技巧的差异进行比较。结果品管圈实施后无菌包标签的废签率、明显低于品管圈实施前(P<0.01),消毒供应中心工作人员团队精神评分、工作技巧评分、质控管理评分、积极性评分高于实施前(P<0.01)。结论品管圈在消毒供应中心的应用及作用确切,可有效降低无菌包标签的废签率,提高消毒供应中心护理管理质量,促进工作人员之间相互合作的团队精神,改进工作方法,提高工作人员积极性,从而有效提高无菌包合格率,减少差错的发生,提高临床满意度。Objective To analyze the role of quality control circle in label management,and to explore the application effect of quality control circle in label management in disinfection supply center.Methods The subjects of the study were all kinds of labels in the disinfection supply center from January to September2016.The quantity and quality of various types of labels before and after the implementation of the quality control center in the disinfection supply center were compared.The time before the implementation of the quality control circle was from January to March2016.The time after the implementation of the quality control circle was from April to September2016.The scrapping rate of the aseptic package label before and after the implementation of the quality control circle was compared.At the same time,the differences of the team spirit of the staff in disinfection supply center,the management of initiative quality control and working skills were compared.Results The scrapping rate of the aseptic package label after the implementation of the quality control circle was significantly lower than that before the implementation of the quality control circle(P<0.01).The team spirit score,working skill score,quality control management score,and initiative score of the staff in the disinfection supply center were higher than those before the implementation(P<0.01).Conclusion The application and role of the quality control circle in the disinfection supply center is exact,which can effectively reduce the scrapping rate of the aseptic package label,improve the quality of nursing management in the disinfection supply center,promote the team spirit of mutual cooperation among staff,improve working methods,and improve the initiative of the staff,thereby effectively improving the qualified rate of aseptic package,reducing the occurrence of errors and improving clinical satisfaction.
