摘 要:利用自主开发的急速加热和快速质谱气固相反应分析仪进行了CO_2钙基吸附剂N2气氛中300℃/s、500℃/s、600℃/s、800℃/s高加热速率下释放机理的研究,实验发现CaCO_3的热分解速率随着加热速率的提高而提高。根据最可几动力学模型函数判定方法,求得动力学三因子为:E=129.38 kJ/mol,n=6/5,A=806 129 s^(-1),反应动力学模型函数为:f(α)=5/2(1-α)[-ln(1-α)]^(3/5)。结果表明,急速加热器中CaCO_3分解反应速率比在热重分析仪(thermo gravimetric analyzer, TGA)中快,活化能小于同条件下TGA测得的活化能,且动力学机理符合随机成核及长大模型,与TGA等慢速加热实验中测得的收缩核模型存在较大差异。The release mechanism of CO2 calcium-based adsorbent at 300oC/s,500oC/s,600oC/s,800oC/s was studied by using a self-developed gas-solid analyzer of fast heating with mass spectrometry.It is found that with the increase of heating rate,the thermal decomposition temperature and decomposition rate of CaCO3 were increased.According to the determination method of the most probable dynamic mode,the kinetic triplet obtained as follows:E=129.38 kJ/mol,n=6/5,A=806 129 s.1;the kinetic model function was f(α)=5/2(1.α)[.ln(1.α)]3/5.The results showed that the decomposition rate of CaCO3 in gas-solid analyzer of fast heating with mass spectrometry was faster than that of TGA,but the activation energy was lower than that measured by TGA under the same conditions.The kinetic mechanism was consistent with the random nucleation and growth model,which was quite different from the mechanism model measured in the slow heating rate experiments such as TGA.
