摘　　要：目的分析腹腔镜手术联合宫腔镜手术在输卵管积水型不孕症中的应用效果。方法择取2011年12月20日—2016年12月22日某院就诊的输卵管积水型不孕症患者60例作为研究对象。所有患者给予腹腔镜手术联合宫腔镜手术治疗,分析手术相关指标情况(术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间)、输卵管疏通率情况、1年内妊娠情况。结果 60例患者中,术中出血量为(33.54±2.65)ml、手术时间为(1.24±0.22)h、住院时间为(4.55±0.54)d、输卵管有效疏通例数为57例(95.00%)、1年内妊娠例数为33例(55.00%)。结论腹腔镜手术联合宫腔镜手术在输卵管积水型不孕症中效果较佳,可缩短患者住院时间,提高患者治愈效果,对后期妊娠率具有一定的疗效。Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with hysteroscopic surgery in hydrosalpinx infertility.Methods60cases of infertile patients with hydrosalpinx from December20,2011to December22,2016were selected as the study subjects.All patients were treated by laparoscopic surgery combined with hysteroscopy.The related indicators(intraoperative bleeding,operation time,hospital stay),tubal dredging rate and pregnancy within one year were analyzed.Results Among the60patients,the intraoperative blood loss was(33.54±2.65)ml,the operation time was(1.24±0.22)hours,the length of hospital stay was(4.55±0.54)days,and the number of effective fallopian tubes was57cases(95.00%).The number of cases of pregnancy within one year was33cases(55.00%).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with hysteroscopy in infertility with hydrosalpinx has a better effect.It can shorten the hospitalization time of patients,improve the curative effect of patients,and has a certain effect on the late pregnancy rate.
