摘　　要：目的分析PDCA循环护理模式对PICC置管并发症的影响。方法本院于2017年4月起在PICC置管患者护理中应用PDCA循环护理模式。选取2016年2月—2017年2月应用PDCA循环护理模式前的PICC置管患者73例作为对照组;选取2017年7月—2018年7月应用PDCA循环护理模式后的PICC置管患者73例作为观察组。观察比较两组相关并发症发生情况,并统计两组患者的导管留置时间、调查患者对护理的满意程度。结果观察组患者导管相关并发症发生率低于对照组;观察组患者导管留置时间、护理满意度均高于对照组,组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采用PDCA循环护理模式对PICC置管患者进行护理,可显著地降低导管相关并发症发生率,提高整体治疗效果,促使患者尽早康复出院。Objective To analyze the influence of PDCA cycle nursing mode on complications of PICC catheterization.Methods Since April2017,our hospital has applied PDCA circulation nursing mode in PICC catheter patients'nursing.73cases of patients with PICC catheterization before applying PDCA circulation nursing mode from February2016to February2017were selected as control group.73cases of patients with PICC catheterization after applying PDCA circulation nursing mode from July2017to July2018were selected as observation group.The occurrence of related complications between the two groups,and statistics of catheter indwelling time of the two groups,and investigate patients'satisfaction with nursing was compared.Results The incidence of catheter-related complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The catheter indwelling time and nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using PDCA circulation nursing mode to nursing PICC catheter patients can significantly reduce the incidence of catheter-related complications,improve the overall treatment effect,and prompt patients to recover and discharged as soon as possible.
