摘 要:目的研究共情健康教育对肝硬化住院患者中的应用效果,为共情健康教育的临床运用提供实证依据。方法选择我院2017年2月—2018年7月218例肝硬化住院患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采取常规健康教育,观察组采取共情健康教育,对比两组患者疾病知识掌握程度和负性情绪状况。结果观察组患者疾病知识掌握程度高于对照组,观察组患者负性情绪改善优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对肝硬化住院患者实施共情健康教育,能够有效提升患者对疾病知识掌握程度,并能改善其负性情绪。Objective To study the effect of empathy health education on hospitalized patients with liver cirrhosis,and to provide evidence for the clinical application of empathy health education.Methods218hospitalized patients with liver cirrhosis in our hospital from February2017to July2018were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received routine health education.The observation group received empathy health education.The knowledge of disease and negative emotional status were compared between the two groups.Results The degree of disease knowledge mastery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the improvement of negative emotions in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of empathic health education of cirrhosis patients can effectively enhance the mastery of knowledge of disease and improve their negative emotions.
