摘  要:高转速钻攻中心的热变形误差将影响产品品种,其补偿机制是关键因素。根据温度升与降时的测试数据,分析热变形规律,在运行时间的分段中建立伸长量的拟合补偿函数,再通过PLC软件编程进行补偿量计算,且实时同步反馈,以实现热变形误差的补偿。反复实验表明:该方法使得加工误差保持在20μm之内。采用补偿机制后,无需增加热传感器或对刀仪器,节省了加工成本;冷机启动后可以直接加工,提升了加工效率。The thermal deformation error of high speed drilling and attacking center will affect the product variety,and its compensation mechanism is the key factor.According to the test data with temperature rise and fall,the principle of thermal deformation is analyzed,so that the fitting compensation function of elongation is established in the running time section,and then the compensation is calculated by PLC software programming,and real-time synchronous feedback is used to realize the compensation of thermal deformation error.Repeated test shows that this method keeps the machining error within 20μm.After applying the compensation mechanism,no additional thermal sensors or tool setting instruments are needed,which saves the processing cost.The cold machine can be directly processed after startup,which improves the processing efficiency.
