摘　　要：党的十八大以来,刑事执行检察体制改革一直发挥着示范与样板作用。党的十九大后,职能体系整合与分离、监督手段体系化、检察一体化与检察官独立之间冲突等,是刑事执行检察改革面临的重要课题。刑事执行检察的专门属性、对刑事程序性裁判的监督及司法审查权与司法调查权的整合等,则是推进刑事执行检察体制改革的立足点,要将刑事执行检察体制改革纳入检察改革整体规划,加快健全刑事执行检察相关法律法规,加强刑事执行检察官办案业务管理,完善刑事执行检察权依法公正运行机制,充分发挥刑事执行检察工作在新时代民主法治建设中的独特功能与价值。Since the18th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the reform of criminal prosecutorial system has been playing an exemplary role.Entered a new era,the functions of system integration and separation,the supervision method of systemization,procuratorial integration with prosecutors,such as conflict between independent criminal execution is the important subject in front of scientific development in procuratorial work.Criminal execution of procuratorial reform,the special attributes,the referee sexual supervision and the great potential of indictment and special case,the right of judicial review,judicial enforcement power,etc,are advancing the standpoint of criminal execution of procuratorial system reform.Will deepen the reform,criminal execution of procuratorial system reform into the overall planning of procuratorial reform,respect and use good expansion and construction law of criminal execution procuratorial functions to speed up and improve the criminal execution procuratorial basic laws and regulations,perfect the criminal execution prosecution justice in accordance with the operating mechanism,enforcing the criminal prosecutors case business management,in order to better play to the criminal execution procuratorial work in the new era of the unique features and value of democratic rule of law.
