广州湾商会组织结构及其社会功能探析

摘　　要：商会,是近现代的民间社团,其承继史上会馆历史,在协调商事运作,维护商业秩序,保护商人利益等方面发挥一定的作用。广州湾商会作为租借地的商会,它与我国其他地区商会既有相同之处,亦有相异之别。它处理事务区域是法国租借地(广州湾),登记机关却是国民政府属下的广东政府;它的组织结构开始为会董制,其后为委员制,委员的产生是采用选举方式,同时下设多个委员会来处理相关商事、公益事务等。广州湾商会组织结构、运作经验、制度历史等的探索,对剖析广州湾的历史具有一定意义。Chamber of Commerce,as a NGO of modern businessmen,inherits the past form of guild hall and plays a big role in many ways including coordinating the commercial operation,maintaining the business order,protecting the businessmen′s interests.As a Chamber of Commerce in the leased territory,Kwangchowan′s Chamber of Commerce and Chambers of Commerce in other areas of China share similarities and differences.Kwangchowan managed the business of the French leased territory(Kwangchowan),but it was registered with Guangdong under the National Government.First,its organization was first structured according to the advisory board system,then restructured in the form of committee,members of which were elected by voting.Several subordinated committees under the Chamber dealt with the relevant commercial business and public affairs etc.The exploration into the organizational structure,operational experience,institutional history of Kwangchowan′s Chamber of Commerce provides significance for the analysis of Kwangchowan′s history.
