三层PE防腐传动线中防水轴承座的设计和应用

摘　　要：为了延长三层PE防腐生产线上喷淋房传动线辊轮的支撑轴承座及轴承的使用寿命,节约生产成本,设计了一种利用两套旋转轴"唇形"密封圈背靠背安装来密封的防水型轴承座。介绍了防水型轴承座的总体设计方案、确定了各附属部件的结构形式及其参数。多条三层PE防腐生产线上的使用结果表明,该防水型轴承座达到了设计要求,解决了现有问题。该种防水型轴承座已申请国家实用新型专利并获得授权,专利号为ZL201621275601.4。In order to extend the service life of the support bearing seat and bearing of the spray line of the sprinkler line on the three-layer PE anti-corrosion production line,and to save production cost,a bearing housing waterproof design is realized by using two sets of rotary shaft lip-shape seals to install back to back.The overall design of the waterproof housing is introduced,and the structural form and parameters of each accessory are determined.The results of the production line show that the waterproof bearing housing meets the design requirements and solves the existing problems.The waterproof bearing housing has been authorized by the national utility model patent,and the patent number is ZL201621275601.4.
