摘  要:为了使ASTM A519 Gr.4130SR钢材表面堆焊Inconel625镍基合金焊接接头的硬度等力学性能及化学成分符合标准要求,应用手工氩弧焊(GTAW),采用合适的焊接参数在Φ140 mm×18.41 mmASTM A519 Gr.4130SR钢管表面堆焊Inconel625镍基合金,并对焊接接头进行焊后热处理。焊后按标准要求对焊接接头进行弯曲试验、硬度试验及堆焊层化学成分分析。试验结果表明,堆焊焊接接头力学性能及堆焊层化学成分满足相关焊接工艺评定标准的要求,焊接方法、焊接材料、焊接工艺参数及焊后热处理工艺合理。n order to meet the standard requirements of the hardness,mechanical properties and chemical composition of the ASTM A519Gr.4130SR steel surface surfacing Inconel625nickel-base alloy welded joints,using appropriate welding parameters and manual argon arc welding(GTAW)to surfacing Inconel625nickel-base alloy in the surface of ASTM A519Gr.4130SR(Φ140mm×18.41mm)and post-weld heat treatment of welded joints.After welding,the welded joints were subjected to bending test,hardness test and chemical composition analysis of the weld overlay layer according to the standard requirements.The results show that the mechanical properties of the surfacing joints and the chemical composition of the surfacing layer meet the relevant welding procedure qualification standards.The welding method,welding materials,welding process parameters and post-weld heat treatment process are reasonable.
