摘　　要：实现非圆齿轮无级变速在某特种车上的应用是一种值得探索的方案,详细分析了非圆齿轮无级变速原理,根据锥形离合器的结构特点和工作原理建立了ADAMS仿真模型,对锥形离合器的动力切换过程进行了动力学仿真分析,结合仿真结果对锥形离合器进行了优化设计,为实物生产提供了理论参考。The application of non-circular gear continuously variable transmission in a special vehicle is a worthwhile exploration.The principle of non-circular gear continuously variable transmission is analyzed in detail,and the ADAMS simulation model is established according to the structural characteristics and working principle of the cone clutch.The dynamics simulation analysis of the power switching process of the cone clutch is carried out.The cone clutch is optimized according to the simulation results,which provides a theoretical reference for physical production.
