摘　　要：Roux-en-Y胃旁路术(roux-en-y gastric bypass surgery,RYGB)是目前治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病最有效的方法之一。多项研究证实这种手术术式不但能减轻体重而且能有效的控制血糖。但人们对RYGB术式所产生的这些作用的相关机制仍不清楚。现从RYGB术式对血糖影响的可能机制进行论述。Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass surgery(RYGB)is one of the most effective methods to treat obese type 2 diabetes mellitus.A number of studies have shown that this type of operation not only reduces weight but also effectively controls blood sugar.However,the specific mechanism of the effects of RYGB operation is still unclear.This paper discusses the possible mechanism of the effect of RYGB operation on blood glucose.
