摘　　要：对半导体泵浦全固体激光器的实验教学方法进行研究,针对激光器的原理和系统特点,设计了激光器装调、横模观测、激光器参数(阈值、I-P曲线和相位匹配角)测量的实验过程。使用Origin软件对实验获取的数据进行处理,提高了数据处理效率和准确率。The experimental teaching method of semiconductor-pumped all-solid-state laser is studied.According to the principle and system characteristics of the laser,the experimental process of laser alignment,transverse mode observation and measurement of laser parameters(threshold value,I-P curve and phase matching angle)is designed.Origin software is used to process the data obtained from the experiment,which improves the efficiency and accuracy of data processing.
