摘 要:目的观察消癌平注射液对骨髓增生异常综合征模型动物外周血象、骨髓象以及骨髓病态造血的影响。方法采用诱变剂DMBA复制骨髓增生异常综合征大鼠模型。观察消癌平注射液对MDS造模大鼠外周血象、骨髓增生程度以及骨髓病态造血的影响。结果模型组WBC、RBC、HGB和PLT与空白对照组比较明显降低(P <0. 01)。消癌平大、中剂量组WBC与模型组比较明显升高(P <0. 01,P <0. 05),维甲酸组、益血生组、消癌平大、中剂量组RBC与模型组比较明显升高(P <0. 01,P <0. 05),维甲酸组、消癌平大、中剂量组HGB与模型组比较明显升高(P <0. 01,P <0. 05),益血生组、消癌平大、中剂量组PLT与模型组比较明显升高(P <0. 01,P <0. 05)。模型组与空白对照组比较,胸腺指数和脾脏指数明显降低(P <0. 05),益血生组胸腺指数与模型组比较明显降低(P <0. 01),维甲酸组、消癌平大、中剂量组脾脏指数与模型组比较明显升高(P <0. 05)。模型组骨髓增生程度评分与空白对照组比较明显升高(P <0. 01),维甲酸组、消癌平大、中剂量组骨髓增生程度评分与模型组比较明显降低(P <0. 01,P <0. 05)。模型组骨髓病态造血评分与空白对照组比较明显升高(P <0. 01),益血生组、维甲酸组、消癌平大剂量组骨髓病态造血评分与模型组比较明显降低(P <0. 01,P <0. 05)。结论消癌平注射液对MDS模型大鼠外周血象降低有提升效果,能调节骨髓增生状态与改善骨髓病态造血,并能增加脾脏指数。Objective To observe the effects of xiaoaiping injection on peripheral hemogram,myelogram and dyshaematopoiesis of the model animals with myelodysplastic syndrome.Methods The mutagenic agent DMBA was used to duplicate the model rats with myelodysplastic syndrome.The effects of xiaoaiping injection on peripheral hemogram,bone marrow hyperplasia and bone marrow dyshaematopoiesis were observed in MDS rat models.Results Compared with the blank control group,the results of WBC,RBC,HGB and PLT were all lower obviously in the model groups(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,WBC in the large-dose and middle-dose groups of xiaoaiping were increased obviously(P<0.01,P<0.05),RBC in the tretinoin group,yixuesheng group and the large-dose and middle-dose groups of xiaoaiping were all increased obviously(P<0.01,P<0.05),HGB in the tretinoin group and the large-dose and middle-dose groups of xiaoaiping were all increased obviously(P<0.01,P<0.05).PLT in the yixuesheng group and the large-dose and middle-dose groups of xiaoaiping were all increased obviously(P<0.01,P<0.05).The thymus index and the spleen index were reduced obviously in the model group as compared with the blank control group(P<0.05),the thymus index in the yixuesheng group was reduced obviously as compared with model group(P<0.01)and the spleen index in the tretinoin group and the large-dose and middle-dose groups of xiaoaiping were increased obviously as compared with the model group(P<0.05).The score of bone marrow hyperplasia in the model group was increased obviously as compared with the blank control group(P<0.01)and the scores of it in the tretinoin group and the large-dose and middle-dose groups of xiaoaiping were reduced obviously as compared with the model group(P<0.01,P<0.05).The score of bone marrow dyshaematopoiesis in the model group was increased obviously as compared with the blank control group(P<0.01)and the scores of it in the yixuesheng group,the tretinoin group and the large-dose group of xiaoaiping were all lower obviously as compared with t
