清热活血方药治疗类风湿关节炎3年期放射学评价研究

摘　　要：目的观察清热活血方药治疗类风湿关节炎(RA) 3年期放射学评价研究。方法采用开放性对照研究,筛选31位坚持清热活血方药治疗的RA患者,其中中药组15例,中西药组16例。中药组用清热活血方药,中西药组在中药组清热活血方药的基础上加甲氨蝶呤治疗。采用修订的Sharp评分系统,对用药治疗3年时双手X光片进行评估。结果 Sharp总分、关节间隙评分和关节侵蚀评分中药组和中西药组组间比较差异均无统计学意义。中药组在3年时点Sharp评分总分、关节间隙评分和关节侵蚀评分上治疗后进展速率均值均小于治疗前。结论清热活血方药能减缓RA患者远期疗效骨破坏进展速率。Objective To explore the three-year radiological evaluation on rheumatoid arthritis(RA)treated with qingre huoxue formula(the formula for clearing heat and activating blood circulation).Methods The open controlled study was adopted.31RA patients treated with qingre huoxue formula were selected and divided into the Chinese medicine group(15cases)and the integrated Chinese and western medicine group(16cases).In the Chinese medicine group,the qingre huoxue formula was used.In the integrated Chinese and western medicine group,on the base of the treatment as the Chinese medicine group,methotrexate was added.The revised Sharp system was used to evaluate the X-ray results of the hands in the cases at the3-year point of medication.Results The total Sharp score,the joint space score and the joint e-rosion score were not different significantly between the two groups.At the3-year time point after treatment,the progress rates of the total Sharp score,the joint space score and the joint erosion score in the Chinese medicine group were all less than the results before treatment.Conclusion Qingre huoxue formula alleviates the long-term effects and reduces the process rate of osteoclasia in RA patients.
