甲羟孕酮与克林霉素磷酸酯联合中药三联疗法对子宫内膜炎患者炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨甲羟孕酮与克林霉素磷酸酯联合中药三联疗法治疗子宫内膜炎的疗效及其对细胞因子的改善情况。方法选取子宫内膜炎患者100例作为研究对象,按照入院编号随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组50例,对照组患者给予甲羟孕酮和克林霉素磷酸酯片口服抗感染治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上加用中药三联疗法治疗,分析两组治疗效果及细胞因子水平变化。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率为96%,高于对照组的76%(P <0. 05)。两组治疗后CRP、IL-2、TNF-α水平均优于治疗前(P <0. 05);且治疗后治疗组CRP、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P <0. 05),IL-2水平高于对照组(P <0. 01)。结论中药三联疗法对子宫内膜患者细胞因子水平有明显改善,促进子宫内膜修复,为子宫内膜炎患者减轻病痛,提高机体免疫力,弥补了单纯西药疗法的不足,有效提高治愈率,提高临床治疗效果,可以推广应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of medroxyprogesterone and clindamycin phosphate com-bined with Chinese medicine triple therapy on inflammatory factors in patients with endometritis and the improvements in cytokines.Methods A total of100patients of endometritis were collected as the subjects.According to the administration code,they were randomized into a control group and a treatment group,50cases in each one.In the control group,the oral administration with medroxyprogesterone and clindamycin phosphate tablets was used for anti-infection.In the treatment group,on the base of the treatment as the control group,the Chinese medicine triple therapy was added.The therapeutic effects and the changes in cytokines were analyzed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was96%in the treat-ment group and was higher than76%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-2and TNF-a were better than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP and TNF-a in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and IL-2was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The Chinese medicine triple therapy obviously improves the levels of cytokines in the patients with endometritis,promotes endometrial repair,alleviates the symptoms,improves the body immunity,fills up the limitation of simple western medicine and improves the curative rate and clinical therapeutic effects effectively so as to promote the clin-ical application.
