摘　　要：病证结合动物模型建立了中医基础与临床实践之间的紧密联系,为中医药的药效学研究提供了理论基础,已成为中医实验动物模型发展的新方向。复制具有中医证候特征的病证结合动物模型,从方证对应的角度用药治疗,可以更深入地阐明中医药的体内作用机制。文章阐述了病证结合动物模型的概念、意义与构建思路,分析了近年来病证结合肿瘤动物模型的研究新进展。The animal model of the integration of disease and syndrome closely links TCM laboratory research with the clinical practice.It provides the theoretic base for the pharmacodynamics research in TCM and becomes the new ap-proach to the development of TCM animal model.The duplication of the animal model of the integration of disease with the characteristics of TCM syndrome can deeply explain the effect mechanism of TCM in view of the correspondence of herbal formulas with the syndrome.In the paper,the concept,significance and construction idea of the animal model of the integra-tion of disease and syndrome were explained.The research progress in recent years was analyzed on the tumor animal model of the integration of disease and syndrome.
