摘　　要：Word长文档因为结构和格式复杂,人们在处理这样的文档的时候,常常不知道怎样着手去排版,往往出现版面混乱不堪,目录也不能自动生成的情况。文章通过长文档编辑的主要知识,高效快速地指导如何对长文档进行编辑。Word long documents are complicated in structure and format.When dealing with such documents,people often don’t know how to start to typeset.Sometimes the layout is chaotic and the catalog cannot be automatically generated.This paper uses the main knowledge of long document editing to quickly and efficiently guide how to edit long documents.
