摘　　要：自1999年我国计划执行高校扩招战略以来,高校发展规模不断扩大,校园内面临大量的资源需求。每天向校园环境排放的废物随之增加,引发了严重的环境卫生安全问题。文章研究通过互联网+二手回收的校园略经济模式改善校园环境条件,实现经济可持续发展。Since 1999,when China planned to implement the strategy of college enrollment expansion,college development has been expanding.There is a huge demand for resources on campus.The amount of waste discharged into the campus environment each day increases.Serious environmental health and safety problems have been caused.This paper studies how to improve campus environmental conditions and achieve sustainable economic development through the Internet+second-hand recycling campus economic mode.
