自媒体时代下网络舆论危机中的政府责任研究——以四川泸县学生死亡事件为例

摘　　要：以"四川泸县学生死亡"事件为例,通过对政府责任的反思,发现我国各级政府存在着严重的信任危机,具体表现为:网络舆论监管制度不健全,信息公开不及时、不透明,网络舆论引导不力等问题。最后提出了政府应从提高公信力、加强舆论监管、及时公开信息、构建自媒体体系和新闻发言人制度等方面完善其责任,以期提高社会公众对政府责任的认同。Taking the case of"The Death of A Student in Sichuan Lu County"as an example,through the profound reflection of government responsibility,it is found out that the problems of serious trust crisis occur to governments at all levels in China,which includes the supervision flaws of network public opinions,the delayed and opaque disclosure of information,and the unfavorable guidance of network public opinion and so on.It is suggested that governments should perfect their responsibility from the aspects of improving the public trust,strengthening the supervision of public opinion,disclosing information timely,constructing the self-media system and the news spokesman system,in order to improve the identification of publics for the responsibility of governments.
