摘  要:以地壳稳定性为研究对象,在分析研究威海市城镇化扩展区以往相关资料的基础上,确定地震、活动断裂、工程地质条件、地面沉降4个一级评价因子,地震震级、地震烈度、地震动峰值加速度、地震频率、断裂活动速率、断裂活动影响范围、岩土体分区、软土厚度、地面沉降速率、地面沉降影响范围10个二级评价因子。首先,采用层次分析法分别确定一级评价因子、二级评价因子的权重;其次,采用综合指数法对二级评价因子进行评价;最后,在二级评价因子评价的基础上进行综合评价。评价结果显示,威海市城镇化扩展区整体处于次稳定区(占总面积的70.05%),局部第四系地带处于次不稳定区(占总面积的28.79%),双岛湾地区为不稳定区(占总面积的1.16%)。On the basis of analysis and study of previous relevant data about the urbanization expansion area of Weihai City,this paper takes the crustal stability evaluation as the research object.The evaluation factors are determined,which include ten secondary evaluation factors,such as,magnitude of earthquakes,earthquake intensity,peak acceleration of ground motions,seismic frequency,fault activity rate,fracture activity,rock and soil subarea,soft soil thickness,land subsidence rate,and land subsidence influence range,and four first-level evaluation factors,such as earthquakes,active faults,engineering geological conditions,and land subsidence.Firstly,AHP is used to determine the weight of the first-level evaluation factors and the second-level evaluation factors,respectively.Secondly,the composite index method was used to evaluate the secondary evaluation factors.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation is conducted on the basis of the evaluation of secondary evaluation factors.The evaluation results show that the urbanization expansion area of Weihai City is located in the sub-stable zone as a whole(70.05percent of the total area),the local Quaternary zone in the sub-unstable zone(28.79percent of the total area),and the Shuangbao Bay in the unstable zone(1.16percent of the total area).
