摘 要:研究了粉煤灰、矿渣粉单掺和复掺对泵送混凝土工作性、抗压强度及抗氯离子渗透性能的影响,并利用功效系数法对抗氯盐泵送混凝土综合性能进行评价,为配合比优选提供指导。研究发现,矿渣粉、粉煤灰的掺入均可以改善混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能;但大掺量矿渣微粉(55%~75%)泵送混凝土的和易性较差,易出现离析板结现象;采用优质粉煤灰与矿渣微粉复掺可弥补矿渣掺入对混凝土和易性的不利影响,实现优势互补。This paper studies the effect of fly ash or/and slag powder on the workability,compressive strength and chloride permeation resistance performance of pumping concrete.The efficiency coefficient method is used to evaluate the comprehensive performance of anti-chloride pumping concretes with different proportions,thus providing guidance for the design and optimization of concrete mix.The study found that the resistance to chloride ion permeability of concretes is improved when a certain amount of slag powder or/and fly ash is added.However,the workability of pumping concrete with a large amount of slag powder(55%~75%)is relatively poor,and segregation can be easily observed.The simultaneous incorporation of high quality fly ash and slag powder can compensate the adverse effect of slag powder on the workability of concrete,thereby achieving complementary advantages.
