摘　　要：蓄热室是玻璃熔窑设计最重要的内容之一。以横火焰的浮法玻璃熔窑为例,对蓄热室的总体结构情况进行了概述,给出了蓄热室的运行参数,介绍了蓄热室腔道的不同功能区域、腔道不同形式、腔道尺寸设计方法,分析了蓄热室墙体结构、炉条碹结构、顶碹结构的特点,总结了蓄热室采用不同类型格子砖的使用情况,简述了高低温蓄热室的结构特征。Regenerator is one of the most important items in the design of glass furnace.Taking the cross-fired float glass furnace as an example,the overall structure of the regenerator is summarized,the running parameters of the regenerator are listed,and the design of different functional regions,different forms and dimensions of channel in the regenerator is described.The characteristics of wall structure,grid arch structure and the top crown structure in the regenerator are discussed.The application of various checker bricks for construction of the regenerator is introduced.The structure features of high and low temperature regenerator are presented briefly.
