摘  要:对船用闪蒸海水淡化装置预热器的多参数扰动特性进行研究,分析在进口海水流量、温度和闪蒸蒸汽加热量3种参数发生扰动时,出口温度的响应情况。对预热器建立模型,并使用整段线性化方法和分段线性化方法简化模型,在MATLAB软件内仿真计算,发现分段线性化方法简化后的模型计算结果更准确,符合实际情况,对基于此种方法得出的仿真曲线图进行分析。结果表明,提高进口海水温度扰动和闪蒸蒸汽加热量扰动,降低进口海水流量扰动可以提高船用海水淡化装置的性能,不仅为后续闪蒸过程的分析提供理论基础,而且为类似模型建模求解提供借鉴和参照。The multi parameter disturbance characteristics of the preheater for the marine flashing desalination plant of seawater are studied.The response of the outlet temperature is analyzed when three parameters of the inlet seawater flow,temperature and flash steam heating amount are disturbed.The model of preheater is set up,and the whole segment linearization method and piecewise linearization method are used to simplify the model.In the simulation calculation of MATLAB software,it is found that the result of the model simplified by piecewise linearization is more accurate and conforms to the facts.The analysis of the simulation curves based on this method shows that increasing the disturbance of the inlet seawater temperature and flash steam heating amount and decreasing the disturbances of inlet seawater flow can improve the performance of the marine seawater desalination device.This study not only provides a theoretical basis for the analysis of the subsequent flashing process,but also provides reference for the solution of similar models.
