摘  要:为改善免预热长水口内衬氧化铝材料的使用性能,以氧化铝空心球、板状刚玉和α-Al_2O_3微粉为主要原料,分别以磷酸二氢铝溶液(磷酸二氢铝与水的质量比为7 3)和木质素磺酸钙溶液(木质素磺酸钙与水的质量比为1 1)-黏土为结合剂制备了长水口内衬Al_2O_3材料,研究了结合剂含量(磷酸二氢铝溶液的外加质量分数分别为2%、4%、6%、8%和10%,黏土的外加质量分数为4%,木质素磺酸钙溶液的外加质量分数分别为2%、4%、6%、8%和10%)和热处理温度(950和1 550℃)对试样结构与性能的影响。结果表明:950℃热处理后,两种结合体系的试样均以α-Al_2O_3相为主,以磷酸二氢铝为结合剂的试样中出现了AlPO_4相;两种结合体系的试样均未发生烧结;以木质素磺酸钙-黏土为结合剂的试样的体积密度、常温抗折强度和热导率随结合剂含量的增加而升高,线膨胀率基本相同;以磷酸二氢铝为结合剂的试样的体积密度、常温抗折强度和热导率随结合剂含量的增加先升高后降低,并且由于石英型AlPO_4相变作用,试样在500~600、700~800℃出现了急剧膨胀现象; 1 550℃热处理后,以磷酸二氢铝为结合剂的试样发生明显的烧结现象,体积密度和强度升高;以木质素磺酸钙-黏土为结合剂的试样由于碳的阻碍作用,强度随结合剂含量增加而下降。综合考虑各项性能,磷酸二氢铝溶液和木质素磺酸钙溶液适合加入量(w)分别为4%和2%。In order to improve the properties of alumina preheating-free lining materials for long nozzles,the alumina lining materials were prepared by using alumina bubble balls,tabular corundum and α-Al2O3 micropowders as the main raw materials,and aluminium dihydrogen phosphate( its mass ratio to water is7 3) or calcium lignosulfonate( its mass ratio to water is 1 1)-clay as the binder. The effect of binder additions( the extra-addition of Al(H2PO4)3 is 2%,4%,6%,8% and 10%; that of clay is 4%; that of calcium lignosulfonateis 2%,4%,6%,8% and 10%) and heat-treatment temperature( 950 and 1 550 ℃) on structure and properties was studied. The results show that the specimens with two binding systems have the main phase of Al2O3 after 950 ℃ heat-treatment,but AlPO4 phase appears in the specimens with Al(H2PO4)3.Both of the specimens are not sintered. For the specimens with calcium lignosulfonate-clay,the bulk density,cold modulus of rupture and thermal conductivity increase with the increase of binder addition,but the average thermal expansion rate is basically the same. For the specimens with Al(H2PO4)3,the bulk density,cold modulus of rupture and thermal conductivity first increase and then decrease,in addition,due to the phase change of quartz type AlPO4,the specimens have a sharp expansion at 500-600 ℃ and 700-800 ℃. After 1 550 ℃ heat-treatment,the specimens with Al(H2PO4)3 are sintered,and bulk density and strength obviously increase; the strength of the specimens with calcium lignosulfonate clay decreases with the increase of the binder addition due to the inhibition effect of carbon. Considering the comprehensive properties,the suitable additions of Al(H2PO4)3 and calcium lignosulfonate are 4% and 2%,respectively.
