摘 要:以300 MW机组烟气湿法处理喷淋塔为研究对象,利用Fluent软件对塔内的两相流场进行了三维数值模拟。全面讨论了喷淋塔塔身结构及运行参数对塔内流场的影响,结果表明,喷淋浆液有整合流场的作用,可以增强气液两相间传质换热;入口角度为12°~17°时,塔内流动比较稳定,流速均匀;随着喷淋层间距的增加,阻力从750 Pa上升到883 Pa,影响不是很明显;喷淋塔内的阻力随着锅炉负荷、喷淋层数及液气比的增加而增大,其中喷淋层数对阻力的影响最为显著,3层喷淋时的阻力比1层喷淋时的阻力增加了568 Pa。研究结果对喷淋塔的设计及优化运行具有一定的指导作用。In this paper,300 MW spray tower was used as the research object,and the two-phase flow field in the tower was simulated by Fluent software.The influences of the structure and operating parameters of the spray tower on the flow field were discussed in detail.It was found that spray slurry had the function of integrating flow field and could enhance the mass transfer between gas and liquid.When the inlet angle was between 12°and 17°,the tower flow was relatively stable and the flow rate was relatively uniform.The resistance increased from 750 Pa to 883 Pa as the spray spacing increased.Moreover,the spray tower resistance increased with the increase of the load of tower,the number of spray layers and the ratios of liquid-to-gas.Among them,the spray layer had the most significant influence on the resistance as the resistance of 3 spray layers increased 568 Pa compared with the resistance of 1 spray layer.The results of the study can guide the design and optimization of the spray tower.
