摘 要:为研究冶金粉尘的组成特点和处置技术,文章分析了不同粉尘中的Fe、Ca和C等有价成分的组成特点和资源化利用技术。结果表明,含有重金属和碱金属的冶金粉尘在烧结利用的同时会对烧结烟气污染物控制带来负面影响,如何将这些杂质组分从含杂质冶金粉尘中有效分离至关重要。对于水溶碱金属含量较高的冶金粉尘,可以采用水洗分离和析出氯化钾技术,对于锌等重金属含量较高的冶金粉尘,可以采用火法除杂分离制备金属化球团方式。In order to study the composition characteristics and disposal technology of metallurgical dust,the composition characteristics and resource utilization technology of Fe,Ca and C in different dust are analyzed.The results indicate that some metallurgical dusts with heavy and alkali metals are recycled in sintering plants and also they will bring about harmful influence on control of sintering flue gas pollutants.And so it is important to know how to separate these elements from metallurgical dusts with some impurities dusts before reusing.For metallurgical dusts with high concentration of alkali metal impurities,water washing and crystallization method is proposed to produce potassium chloride and for those with high concentration of zinc,pyrometallurgical process is proposed to produce metallized pellets.
