摘  要:为提高超短废弃羊毛纤维的利用率,采用湿法非织造工艺,制备超短废弃羊毛纤维非织造布.设计正交试验确定配置羊毛纤维悬浮液的最佳方案.再用不同浓度的黏合剂(1%,2%,3%,4%)粘结纤网,并对所制备的羊毛纤维非织造布进行性能测试分析.结果表明,当分散剂聚氧乙烯质量分数为0.1%,增稠剂羧甲基纤维素钠质量分数为0.5%,p H值为4时,分散效果最佳.纤网最佳烘干温度为80℃,时间为1.5 h.平方米克重、拉伸强力、伸长率随着黏合剂浓度的增大而增大;厚度、透气率、模态孔径随黏合剂浓度的增大而减小.In order to recycle ultra-short waste wool fibers,a wet non-woven process is used to produce non-woven fabrics of ultra-short waste wool.Orthogonal experiment is designed to determine the best solution for the configuration of wool fiber suspensions.The fiber webs are felted with different concentrations of binder(1%,2%,3%,4%),and the performances of the prepared non-woven fabric are tested.The results show that when the dispersant polyoxyethylene concentration is0.1%,the thickener sodium carboxymethyl cellulose concentration is0.5%,and the pH value is4,the dispersion effect is the best.The optimum drying temperature of the fiber web is80℃and the time is1.5h.The areal density,tensile strength and elongation increase with the binder concentration while the thickness,air permeability and modal pore size decrease with that.
