摘 要:研究极板间距、电流密度等对电化学催化氧化处理污泥脱水液的影响.以DSA(RuO_2-Ir O2-TiO_2/Ti)电极为阳极,石墨电极为阴极,对污泥脱水液进行电化学催化氧化处理.在对污泥脱水液电解单因素实验的基础上进行正交试验,得出正交试验的最佳条件,分析电化学氧化法处理污泥脱水上清液的影响因素.结果表明,不论以COD去除率还是氨氮去除率作为控制指标,各影响因素对去除率的影响程度大小排序一致,依次为电流密度>极板间距>反应时间>曝气量.在最佳工艺条件下,COD去除率达60.20%,氨氮去除率达98.66%.DSA电极催化氧化法在适宜的条件下对污泥脱水液中的有机物具有良好的去除效果.The effect of plate spacing,current density,and other foctors on the catalytic oxidation process to the treatment of sludge liquor was studied.With DSA electrode(RuO2-IrO2-TiO2/Ti)as anode and graphite electrode as cathode for forming an electrolytic cell,the sludge liquor was treated by electrochemical catalytic oxidation method.Orthogonal experiment was carried out on the basis of single electrolytic factor experiment of sludge liquor and the optimal condition of orthogonal experiment was obtained.Meanwhile,an analysis of the factors influencing the treatment of sludge liquor by electrochemical catalytic oxidation method was made by orthogonal experiment.The results show that regardless of COD removal rate or NH3-N removal rate value as a control index,the effect of each factor on the removal rate is consistent,and the order is current density>plate spacing>electrolysis time>amount of aeration.Under the optimum conditions,the removal rate of COD reaches60.20%,and the removal rate of NH3-N reaches98.66%.DSA electrode catalytic oxidation method has good removal effect on organic matter in sludge liquor under suitable conditions.
