摘　　要：本试验采用胶体金快速定量法,从原始样品扦取、样品制备和样品称量方面分析玉米中ZEA含量的快速测定,旨在提高玉米收购入库ZEA快速筛选的准确度和高效性。This experiment adopts the colloidal gold rapid quantitative method,from the original sample taking,sample preparation and sample weighing analysis of rapid determination of ZEA content in corn,aimed at improving corn acquire inbound ZEA rapid screening accuracy and efficiency.
