经皮微创锁定加压钢板置入内固定对新鲜胫骨远端骨折治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析经皮微创锁定加压钢板置入内固定对新鲜胫骨远端骨折的治疗效果。方法选取本院收治的88例新鲜胫骨远端骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组44例。对照组患者接受传统切开复位内固定术治疗,研究组实施经皮微创锁定加压钢板置入内固定治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组手术时间、切口长度、住院时间、负重下地时间及骨折愈合时间均明显比对照组短,术中出血量比对照组少(P<0.05);术后随访半年,研究组治疗总有效率是93.18%,高于对照组77.27%,并发症发生率是4.55%,明显比对照组20.45%更低(P<0.05)。结论经皮微创锁定加压钢板置入内固定对新鲜胫骨远端骨折治疗效果显著,能有效改善患者临床症状,创伤小,并发症少,安全性高,有利于患者术后恢复,值得推广。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of percutaneous minimally invasive locking compression plate placement on fresh distal tibial fractures.Methods88cases of fresh distal tibial fractures in our hospital were selected.The patients in the control group were treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixation,and the patients in the study group were treated with percutaneous minimally invasive locking compression plate.Results The operative time,incision length,hospitalization time,weight bearing time and fracture healing time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).After half a year follow-up,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was93.18%,which was higher than that in the control group.The incidence of complications was4.55%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.45%,P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous minimally invasive locking compression plate placement for internal fixation is effective in the treatment of distal radial fractures,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,less trauma,less complications,high safety,and is beneficial for postoperative recovery.
