白芨用于重症患者气道出血治疗的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的分析白芨用于重症气道患者出血治疗的临床止血效果情况。方法将2014年12月至2017年5月期间医院重症监护室(EICU)收治的150例建立人工气道行通气治疗合并气道出血者作为本次研究观察对象,将患者随机分为白芨组与副肾组,每组75例,两组均给予常规治疗,白芨组在此基础上以白芨粉行气道灌注治疗,副肾组以副肾盐水行气道内滴入,对比两组治疗2 d、7 d、15 d后患者气道止血效果,统计治疗期间不良反应。结果治疗2 d、7 d、15 d后副肾组治愈率为30.7%、66.7%、92.0%,白芨组为28.0%、62.7%、90.7%,治愈率组间比较差异无统计学意义;治疗期间两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论临床对重症气道出血患者临床以白芨行气道灌注,用药后患者止血效果较好,且用药安全性高,不良反应发生少。Objective To analyze the clinical hemostatic effect of bletilla striata for severe airway hemorrhage.Methods From December2014to May2017,150patients with airway hemorrhage were treated with artificial airway ventilation.The patients were randomly divided into Bletilla striata group and accessory kidney group.75cases in each group were treated with routine therapy.Bletilla striata group was treated with bletilla striata powder on this basis,and accessory kidney group was treated with accessory renal saline.The hemostatic effect of airway was compared between the two groups after2days,7days and15days.Adverse reactions during treatment.Results The cure rate of accessory kidney group was30.7%,66.7%,92.0%,that of Bletilla striata group was28.0%,62.7%,90.7%.There was no significant difference in cure rate between the two groups.Conclusion Bletilla striata can be used for airway perfusion in patients with severe airway hemorrhage.The hemostatic effect of Bletilla striata is better than that of Bletilla striata.
