摘 要:目的探讨桌面培养箱三气培养在体外移植受精胚胎移植技术中的应用价值。方法选取2017年1月至2017年7月本院采用体外受精胚胎移植(IVF-ET)技术治疗不孕不育的患者作为研究对象。回顾性分析患者病例资料,以采用大培养箱常规培养(6%CO2和空气)胚胎的患者IVF周期为对照组,以采用桌面培养箱三气培养(5%O2,6%CO2,89%N2)胚胎的患者IVF周期为实验组。比较两种培养方式对患者每个取卵周期2PN受精率、2PN卵裂率、优胚率、临床妊娠率、着床率、囊胚形成率、冷冻囊胚率的影响。结果实验组的2PN受精率、2PN卵裂率、优胚率、囊胚形成率、冷冻囊胚率均高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义。实验组的临床妊娠率、着床率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桌面培养箱三气培养具有低氧、恒温、充气快速、微环境稳定等特点,有利于胚胎的发育成长并最终提高体外受精胚胎移植技术的临床妊娠率和着床率。Objective Application of three culture in tabletop incubator for in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer. Methods From January2017 to July 2017, IVF-ET was used to treat infertility in our hospital. Retrospective analysis of patient data, the IVF cycle of patients with large incubator conventional culture(6% CO2 and air) embryos as control group, and the IVF cycle of patients with desktop incubator three-gas culture(5% O2,6% CO2, 89% N2) embryos as experimental group. The effects of two culture methods on the fertilization rate of 2 PN, cleavage rate of 2 PN, superior embryo rate, clinical pregnancy rate, implantation rate, blastocyst formation rate and frozen blastocyst rate were compared. Results The 2 PN fertilization rate, 2 PN cleavage rate, superior embryo rate, blastocyst formation rate and frozen blastocyst rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant. The clinical pregnancy rate and implantation rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Desktop incubator three-gas culture has the characteristics of hypoxia,constant temperature, rapid inflation and stable micro-environment, which is conducive to the development and growth of embryos and ultimately improve the clinical pregnancy rate and implantation rate of IVF embryo transfer technology.
