新生儿静脉留置针不同置管及固定方法的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨不同置管及固定方法在新生儿静脉留置针中的应用价值。方法择选2017年10月至2018年3月本院新生儿病房收治的新生儿67例,作为研究主体。以置管方式差异作为分组依据,划分为观察组(n=33)和对照组(n=34)。将常规置管方式实施于对照组,保留针芯送管法实施于观察组。对两种不同置管方式的价值对比分析。结果观察组在一次置管成功率指标上,与对照组展开比对,改善效果均显著(P<0.05);观察组在皮肤损伤发生率指标上,与对照组展开比对,改善效果均显著(P<0.05);观察组在留置时间指标上,与对照组展开比对,改善效果均显著(P<0.05)。结论保留针芯送管法代替常规置管方式实施于新生儿病房置管环节中,对于降低新生儿皮肤损伤发生率,促进其一次置管成功率和留置时间的提升,具有重要意义,因此,临床应用价值显著。Objective To explore the application value of different catheterization and fixation methods in neonatal venous indwelling needle.Methods From October 2017 to March 2018, 67 neonates in our hospital were selected as the subject of the study. According to the difference of tube placement, the patients were divided into observation group(n=33) and control group(n=34). The routine tube placement was carried out in the control group and the needle-core feeding method was retained in the observation group. The value of two different ways of tube placement is compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the success rate of single tube placement in the observation group was significantly improved(P<0.05), and the incidence rate of skin injury in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was significant improvement in the indwelling time index between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion It is of great significance to reduce the incidence of skin injury and to promote the success rate and retention time of primary tube placement in neonatal ward by retaining needle core tube instead of conventional tube insertion method. Therefore, it is necessary to use this method in the neonate ward for the purpose of reducing the incidence of skin injury and promoting the improvement of the success rate and retention time of the tube placement. The clinical application value is remarkable.
