摘  要:目的在高胆红素血症及低蛋白血症新生儿治疗过程中采用人血白蛋白,分析临床疗效。方法入组32例高胆红素血症新生儿(A组)及32例低蛋白血症新生儿(B组),符合随机原则,选取时间为2017年1月至2017年12月,均采用人血白蛋白,对比A组、B组治疗前后临床数据。结果 A组治疗后TBLL(总胆红素)对比治疗前明显更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组中16例DBLL、IBLL超出正常值患儿治疗后DBLL(结合胆红素)、IBLL(未结合胆红素)对比治疗前明显更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组中16例仅未结合胆红素超出正常值患儿治疗后TBLL对比治疗前明显更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组治疗后白蛋白水平对比治疗前明显更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高胆红素血症及低蛋白血症新生儿治疗过程中采用人血白蛋白,疗效确切,安全性高,值得应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of human albumin in neonatal treatment of hyperbilirubinemia and hypoproteinemia.Methods 32 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia(group A) and 32 neonates with hypoproteinemia(group B) were enrolled. The results were randomized. The time was from January 2017 to December 2017. Human serum albumin, compared with clinical data before and after treatment in group A and group B. Results After treatment, the TBLL(total bilirubin) in group A was significantly better than that before treatment(P<0.05). In group A, 16 cases of DBLL and IBLL exceeded the normal value of DBLL after treatment, IBLL(unbound bilirubin) was significantly better before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); 16 patients in group A only had unconjugated bilirubin beyond normal value after treatment with TBLL the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The albumin level in group B was significantly better than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Human albumin is used in neonatal treatment of hyperbilirubinemia and hypoproteinemia. The curative effect is high and the safety is high, it is worthy of application.
