辨证治疗胃肠功能紊乱症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析中医辨证治疗胃肠功能紊乱症的临床观察。方法选择2016年1月—2018年1月本院收治的120例胃肠功能紊乱患者并分成2组,对照组60例采取常规用药治疗,试验组60例使用中医辨证治疗,对比2组患者治疗后的临床疗效;对2组的生活质量及护理满意度进行对比。结果试验组治疗后临床总有效率为86.66%,高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05);试验组生活质量及护理满意度评分为(88.66±15.24)分、(85.68±12.29)分,评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用中医辨证治疗胃肠功能紊乱患者临床疗效显著,还能改善患者生活质量及护理满意度,值得临床推广使用。Objective To analyze the clinical observation of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders.Methods From January 2016 to January 2018,120 patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction were enrolled in the hospital and divided into two groups.60 patients in the control group were treated with conventional medication,and 60 patients in the experimental group were treated with TCM syndrome differentiation.Post-clinical efficacy;comparison of quality of life and satisfaction of care between the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 86.66%,which was higher than that of the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).The quality of life and nursing satisfaction score of the experimental group were(88.66±15.24)and(85.68±12.29)points.The score was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction is significant,and it can improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
