摘　　要：痹症泛指以肌肉、关节、筋骨等处的疼痛、酸楚、重着、麻木、灼热、屈伸不利,甚至关节肿大变形等为主要临床表现的病症。李向荣教授临床上治疗痹症疗效显著,认为本病主要因正气亏虚,感受外邪所致,病位在肌肉、经络、关节,与肝、脾、肾关系密切,治疗上以祛风散寒除湿,补益肝肾为基本治则,在遣方用药上有独到经验,并强调应注意日常调护。Arthralgia refers to pain,soreness,heaviness,numbness,burning,unfavorable flexion and extension,and even joint swelling and deformation as the main clinical manifestations.Professor Li Xianglong has remarkable curative effect in treating arthralgia syndrome in clinic.He believes that the main cause of the disease is deficiency of vital energy and feeling external pathogens.The location of the disease is closely related to the muscles,meridians,joints,liver,spleen and kidney.In the treatment,the basic principle is to dispel wind,disperse cold and remove dampness,and tonify the liver and kidney.And emphasize regular care.
