摘　　要：柴胡理中汤是门九章教授多年临床实践而总结的经验方,与小柴胡汤具有一脉相承的关系,在小柴胡汤基础上加白术、茯苓、片姜黄组成,针对饮食所伤、情志失调而设,主治脾虚湿盛,肝胃不和之证,应用范围广泛,几乎涵盖了临床各科。在治疗卒中后失眠、尿毒症透析患者的失眠以及长期皮肤病引起的失眠等神经系统疾病时效果显著。柴胡理中汤通过健脾化湿,和胃疏肝达到阴阳调和的目的,对于病机复杂的疾病,可以通过联合方组来治疗。Chaihu Lizhong decoction is a experience prescription of clinical practice and conclusion of Professor Men Jiuzhang,which has a close relationship with Xiaochaihu decoction,on the basis of which addsAtractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos and rhizoma curcumae longae concisa,against eating injuries,emotional disorders,treating spleen deficiency and dampness,syndrome of liver and stomach disharmony.Its application scope is widespread,almost covers the clinical departments.It is effective in treating nervous system diseases such as insomnia after stroke,insomnia caused by uremia dialysis patients and insomnia caused by long-term skin diseases.Chaihu Lizhong decoction achieves the goal of harmonizing yin and yang by strengthening spleen and removing dampness,and it can be treated by combined prescription group for diseases with complicated pathogenesis.
