疏肝和胃及清热燥湿法治疗痞满36例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察疏肝和胃及清热燥湿法治疗痞满36例临床疗效。方法将66例中医辨证为肝胃不和、脾胃湿热型痞满患者按照随机数字表法分为2组:观察组36例,对照组30例。观察组用自拟消痞汤治疗,对照组用枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片治疗,均以4周为1个疗程。结果观察组临床痊愈20例,显效9例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率为94.6%;对照组临床痊愈10例,显效6例,有效7例,无效7例,总有效率为76.7%。经统计学处理,2组疗效差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论疏肝和胃、清热燥湿法对肝胃不和、胃湿热型痞满有较好的疗效,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of smoothing liver-stomach and clearing away heat and drying dampness in treating distention and fullness.Methods 66 cases with liver-stomach disharmony and spleen-stomach dampness-heat type were divided into observation group of 36 cases and control group of 30 cases according to random number table.The observation group was treated with Xiaopi decoction,and the control group with Mosapride Citrate Dispersible tablets.The treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks.Results In the observation,20 cases were recovered,9 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 94.6%.In the control group,10 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,7 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 76.7%.After statistical analysis,the curative effect of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The methods of soothing liver-stomach,clearing away heat and drying dampness has better curative effect on type of liver-stomach disharmony and spleen-stomach dampness-heat in treating distention and fullness,and is worth popularizing.
