从《针灸大成》探析灸法调护

摘　　要：灸法由于操作简便、疗效良好,越来越被广泛地运用于多种疾病的治疗中,并逐渐成为中医护理特色技术的一个重要项目。但目前对于灸法后的调护仍缺乏重视,未能突出护理技术在这种传统疗法的重要性。因此本文以《针灸大成》为基础,分析其中与灸法相关的论述及医案记载,探讨古人灸法的调护特点,以期丰富现代艾灸疗法的内涵,并为中医护理提供一定的参考。Moxibustion is more and more widely used in the treatment of various diseases due to its simple operation and good curative effect.However,there is still a lack of attention to the post-moxibustion care,which fails to highlight the importance of nursing techniques in this traditional therapy.Therefore,this paper,based on the great achievements of acupuncture and moxibustion,analyzes the related discourses and medical records of moxibustion,and discusses the characteristics of moxibustion in ancient times,in order to enrich the connotation of modern moxibustion therapy and provide some reference for the nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.
