嘉陵江流域产业结构演变的城市化响应研究

摘　　要：产业结构演变和城市化进程的推进有着密切的联系,从流域尺度上分析二者的关系,可更好地理解流域内部产业分布模式和城市空间布局的关系。以嘉陵江流域1992年、2000年和2013年74个县域单元产业结构演变的城市化响应系数为指标,研究发现:嘉陵江流域产业结构演变的城市化响应强度表现出明显的空间差异性,中上游流域大部分县域产业结构演变的城市化响应强度值较低,1992年至2013年响应值有所增长但变化缓慢;下游流域产业结构演变的城市化响应强度值较高,研究期响应值增长明显且速度较快;整个流域中上游与下游产业结构演变的城市化响应强度的差距呈增大趋势。嘉陵江流域产业结构演变的城市化响应强度出现空间差异的主要原因在于产业发展与城镇化水平协调性较差。研究建议,嘉陵江上游流域城市可通过产业转型与城市空间重构,中游流域产业结构升级与城市群建设,下游流域产业集聚与城市功能优化等方式来提升产业结构演变的城镇化响应的协调性。Industrial structure evolution is closely linked to the progress of urbanization.An analysis on its relaitonship from the perspective of watershed scale helps to better understand the relationship between industrial distribution pattern and city spatial distribution.In this paper,74 counties’coefficient of urbanization response to industrial structure evolution in 1992,2000 and 2013 at Jialing River Basin is taken as the research indicators.An obvious spatial difference is detected.The response intensity of most counties in upper and middle reaches is comparatively lower.Although the response intensity had increased a little from 1992 to 2013,the change was slow.The response intensity of lower reaches is much higer and has increased fastly during the reasearch period.Therefore,the gap of response intensity between upper,middle and lower reaches of Jialing River Basin is becoming more enlarged.The difference is mainly caused by the poor coordiantion between industrial development and urbanization.It is suggested that the coordination of urbanization response to industrial structure evolution can be improved by measures of industrial transformation and spatial restructure in upper reaches,industrial structure upgrade and city agglomeration construction in middle reaches,industry convergence and urban function optimization in lower reaches.
