福州大学城校园室外交往空间活力评价及提升研究

摘　　要：文章采用AHP法和马斯洛需求理论构造空间活力评价体系对福州大学城校园室外交往空间活力进行评价,并将评价结果放入IPA图表进行分析,从而得出相应的提升建议。结果表明,福州大学城校园外部交往空间总体而言还是比较有活力的,因子的评价结果多集中在重要性满意度均高或均低的第一象限与第三象限,而处于第二象限的"微气候舒适性"与"地域元素体现"属于急需改进的部分。针对评价结果提出3点提升建议:1)交往空间的层次划分要更加明确且具有针对性; 2)进行空间景观设计时,需把视觉美感与地域特色相结合; 3)设计者在设计过程中不仅要考虑人的短期感官生理需求,更要考虑环境对人长时间的影响。This study evaluated the spatial vitality of the outdoor communication space of the Fuzhou University Campus City evaluation system using the AHP method and Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs,and analyzed the evaluation results by integrating into the IPA chart for giving the corresponding suggestions to improve the situation.The results showed that the outdoor communication spaces in the Fuzhou University Campus City were generally viable.The results of the factors evaluation mostly fell in the first quadrant and the third quadrant,which are both thigh or both low,in significance and satisfactory.However,“Microclimate comfort’’and“Reflection of geographical elements”in the second quadrant were in urgent need of improvement.In view of the evaluation results above,a few-suggestions wee put forward for improvement:1)The level of communication space should be more clearly defined and targeted;2)In the design of space landscape,it is necessary to combine visual aesthetics"with regional features;3)Designers should not only consider the short-term sensory requirement of people,but also consider the long-term influence of environment on people.
