摘 要:为降低经济成本,寻求可以取代天然砂的材料制备水泥混凝土,通过材料性能分析,确定铁尾矿砂取代天然砂设计11种混凝土配合比,并进行了和易性分析、抗压强度分析、抗弯拉强度分析。结果表明,尾矿砂粒径在0. 15~0. 3mm时,其砂率为20. 5%时,和易性、抗压强度、弯拉强度最优;尾矿砂粒径在0. 30~0. 60mm时,其砂率为25. 6%时,坍落度最大,砂率为20. 5%时,抗压强度最大,弯拉强度最优。In order to find a material that can replace natural sand to prepare cement concrete,to reduce economic costs,through the material performance analysis,11kinds of concrete mix ratios were determined by replacing the amount of iron tailings sand with natural sand,and the workability analysis,compressive strength analysis and bending strength analysis were carried out.The results show that if the tailings sand particle size is0.15~0.3mm,when the sand ratio is20.5%,the workability,compressive strength and bending strength are the optimal.If the tailings sand particle size is0.30~0.60mm,when the sand ratio is25.6%,the slump is the largest,and when the sand ratio is20.5%,the compressive strength is the largest and the bending strength is the best.
