情感地理学视角下纪念性恐惧景观地游客体验特征分析——以5·12汶川特大地震纪念馆为例

摘　　要：基于情感地理学研究视角,运用调查问卷、认知地图以及情感分析等方法,分析游客情感体验的社会性特征、空间性特征和时间性特征。研究表明:游客内部个体差异和外部行为差异在情感体验各维度上都差异显著。在原位区和新建区空间中,游客的情感体验均表现出积极情感类别和消极情感类别共存的状态,但在情感体验类别、情感认知草图的类型及情感空间元素等方面两个空间均表现不同。以年份为时间尺度衡量游客情感体验,整体上表现为消极情感的强度随着时间的流逝逐渐变弱,积极情感的强度随时间变动具有不稳定性的特征,但不同类别情感波动程度存在差异。This paper is based on the perspective of emotional geography,the questionnaire,cognitive map and sentiment analysis are used to analyze the social,spatial and temporal characteristics of the emotional experience of tourists.Studies have shown that the differences in individual and external behavior among tourists are significantly different in all dimensions of emotional experience.In the in-situ area and the newly-built area space,the emotional experience of tourists shows the state of positive emotional category and negative emotional category coexisting,but in the two aspects of emotional experience category,emotional cognitive sketch type and emotional space element,performance is different.The emotional experience of tourists is measured by the year as the time scale.The intensity of negative emotions is gradually weakened with the passage of time.The intensity of positive emotions has the characteristics of instability with time,but there are differences in the degree of emotional fluctuation of different categories.
