题名与责任说明附注字段用法分析

摘　　要：题名与责任说明附注对识别、确认和检索文献具有重要辅助作用。文章结合具体的编目实例,分析了当前在304字段(题名与责任说明)、312字段(相关题名附注)和314字段(知识责任附注)编目中存在的主要问题,并在此基础上提出了改进意见,以期提升书目数据的标准化与规范化,提高文献的查准率和检全率。Description of title and responsibility note is of important auxiliary importance to the reader identification,confirmation and retrieval of literature.This article,combing with specific cataloging examples,analyzes the main problems existing in the cataloging of304fields(title and responsibility description),312fields(related title annotation)and314fields(knowledge responsibility annotation),and puts forward some suggestions to improve the standardization and standardization of bibliographic data and improve the precision rate and the total inspection rate of the books.
