摘 要:文章针对传统水稻机械水直播压种入泥深度不均匀、根系入土浅、抗倒伏能力差等问题,设计了一种气喷式水直播辅助装置,可在播种过程中直接将水稻喷射入泥中10 mm。该辅助装置不改变播种机结构,依靠原有的排种方式送种,利用变管径等侧孔均匀送风管道与渐缩喷射管组合排种。文章以华粳5号作为试验对象,运用EDEM-Fluent耦合软件对播种过程进行了仿真试验与田间试验。仿真结果显示,本次设计的气喷式水稻直播装置各行播深合格率均大于90%,排种过程稳定高效;田间试验结果略低于仿真结果,但满足水稻喷射入泥深度国标要求。Aiming at solving the problems of uneven depth,shallow soil entry,and poor lodging resistance caused by the traditional rice direct seeding machine.An air-jet direct-seeding auxiliary machine was designed,the rice seeds could be injected into the paddy field10mm by utilizing the air ejecting effect.The auxiliary device relies on the original seed-seeding method,which does not need to change the structure of seeder.This device consist of variable diameter pipe with same side hole uniform air supply duct and convergent nozzle.This paper chooses Huajing5as the test object,EDEM-Fluent coupling software was used to simulate the seeding process.The simulation results show that the air seeding depth of the air seeding plant is more than90%,and the seeding process is stable and efficient,field test results are slightly below the simulation results,which can meet the requirements of the depth of rice spraying.
