摘　　要：近年来,纺织品贸易在带动我国经济增长的同时,也因产品品质等问题受到各国安全法规和标准要求所限制,通报召回事件时有发生。文章梳理了国际上4个主要的纺织品通报系统,并整理了2008—2018年间通报相对频繁的欧盟非食品类消费品快速预警系统(RAPEX)的通报召回信息,分析了通报国、产品原产国、通报原因等,在此基础上提出了应对措施,希望能对我国纺织品出口企业的研发、生产和贸易提供一些借鉴。In recent years,while the textile trade is driving China’s economic growth,it is also subject to the requirements of national security regulations and standards due to the quality of products,and the notification of recalls has occurred.This paper summarized four major international textile notification systems,and sorted out the notification and recall information of the Rapid Alert System for dangerous nonfood products(RAPEX),which report relatively frequently from 2008 to 2018.And the paper carried out the analysis on the notifying country,original country and reasons for these notifications of textiles,put forward the countermeasures based on that,and provided a reference for the R&D,production and trade of China’s textile export enterprises.
